Hong Kong Call Centre Association (HKCCA) is a non-profit organisation representing the contact centre and on-line customer service industries in Hong Kong, Macau and Southern China. The Association was formed in September 1999 with a mission to help contact centers and on-line customer interaction within the region improve their service quality and productivity by deploying the best management practices and latest technologies. It focuses to promote excellence in three main areas: Process Improvement, People Management and Technology Application.

   
 
 

The Call Center Association is a not for profit organization. It is run by industry professionals on a voluntary basis. Executive Committee members are elected annually at the association’s annual general meeting.

  • To promote and give recognition to the Call Center industry in Thailand and those who are employed in Call Centers.
  • To actively promote continuous professional development of contact center professionals.
  • To provide professional standards and skills recognition.
  • To provide research and benchmarking data.
